Jennifer Aniston Opened up About Her Current Relationship With Brad Pitt

"Brad and I are buddies, we're friends."

She'll be there for him. During an interview with Howard Stern on Wednesday, Jennifer Aniston revealed that she and ex-husband Brad Pitt have a friendly relationship these days.

The Friends star opened up about the virtual table readof the 1982 film Fast Times at Ridgemont High that she and Pitt participated in last September for COVID-19 relief. The two played romantic interests Linda (originally played by Phoebe Cates) and Brad (originally played by Judge Reinhold) and had to read a pretty, er, steamy scene, as the internet subsequently lost its mind. But Aniston explained to Stern that it wasn't awkward at all for her or Pitt.

"It was absolutely fun. Brad and I are buddies, we're friends," she said on Stern's The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM.

The two were joined by a slew of other celebs for the table read, including narrator Morgan Freeman, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Kimmel, Julia Roberts, and more, who smiled and giggledduring their scene. But the We're the Millers actress said there was no "oddness" for them.

She continued, "And we speak, and there's no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be, or assumed there to be. We had fun, and it was for a great cause, CORE [Sean Penn's relief nonprofit]."

This wasn't the pair's only reunion to break the internet. At the 2020 SAG Awards, Jen and Brad shared a sweet moment that included an arm-grab heard 'round the world and a friendly embrace. They both took home big awards that night and made sure to support each other's victories.
