Demi Moore was a staple in the front row of this past fashion month (and so was her chihuahua, Pilaf), but it's clear she has couture commitments back at home, too. Just last night, the actress attended an event with Neiman Marcus to celebrate Schiaparelli and its creative director Daniel Roseberry in Los Angeles. The event, which took place at the famed John Sowden House, which had cameos in L.A. Confidential, The Aviator, and everyone's favorite competition show, America's Next Top Model, also included guests like Moore's daughter, Scout, Regina King, Taraji P. Henson, Olivia Wilde, Natasha Lyonne, and Law Roach.
Moore wore a skirt suit from Schiaparelli (fitting!) that included swirling flourishes up the jacket and along the skirt's hem, creating an asymmetric, sculptural silhouette. She added one of the brand's famed face bags and a pair of bright white pointy-toed, knee-high boots to finish off the look, which also included a pair of black tights to drive home Moore's black-and-white vibe. She had her signature dark brown, waist-length hair parted down the middle and very lightly curled.
The event celebrated Neiman Marcus's new Schiaparelli store-in-store at the storied retailer's Beverly Hills flagship. The brand operates a similar shop-in-shop at New York City's famed Bergdorf Goodman. The West Coast location will give celeb fans of the brand a place closer to hope to shop its signature surrealist collections. Fans of Rosenberry's work include Kylie Jenner, who famously wore a plush lion dress to fashion week, and Michelle Yeoh, who wore Schiaparelli to her wedding and several times during the awards season when she swept the entire circuit with her role in Everything Everywhere All at Once.
