The 75th Emmy Awards are underway, celebrating the best from television and streaming after a four-month delay. Initially scheduled to take place on September 18, 2023, the Emmys were put on "pause," as they say on The Real Housewives, amid the writers' and actors' strikes happening in tandem at the time.
Now that the strikes are over and awards season is back in full swing, it'll be interesting to see what fashions will be worn by Hollywood's biggest celebrities. "With our industry's recent challenges behind us, we can get back to what we love−dressing up and honoring ourselves...there's no better celebratory moment to bring the creative community together than the milestone 75th Emmy Awards," said actor and comedian Anthony Anderson, who will be hosting the evening's ceremonies in five custom looks.
Blockbuster fashions are sure to be seen from the casts of Succession and The Last of Us are major frontrunners with the most nominations for the evening. Other contenders who'll be serving looks while looking to take home an Emmy include the casts of Daisy Jones & The Six, Ted Lasso, The Bear, and White Lotus. Previous InStyle cover stars Melanie Lynskey and Quinta Brunson are also up for Best Actress in a Drama and Comedy, respectively.
