Some trends creep up slowly, almost imperceptible until they quietly achieve ubiquity. Others appear like an anvil falling on your head: You'd be hard-pressed not to notice them.

Over the past week, a ten-ton trend that's as loud as the entrance it's making has smacked us upside the noggin and seems to be only getting started. A swell of hot pink, magenta-tone fashion has emerged from a sea of winter neutrals as if to announce spring is almost here, so we had better start acting like it.

From the runways of Paris Fashion Week, Valentino drew eyeballs and dropped jaws with its almost exclusively pink FW '22 collection (there were admittedly a few all-black looks peppered in). The color, as it turned out, was a new official Pantone shade called Pink PP, named for the initials of the house's Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, and it's already been worn by top-tier celebrities like Zendaya. Fashion data platform Lyst even reports that page views for the color pink are up 20 percent following the show.

Meanwhile on TikTok, bold pink has captured the hearts of millions of viewers in the shape of the #ZaraPinkDress, which proceeded to sell out lightning fast thanks to all the hype. And because all good things happen in threes, we're pleased to report that Alicia Keys, too, has hopped on the bright pink bandwagon.

Just yesterday visiting Good Morning America in New York City, Keys was spotted wearing the viral shade from head to toe; her fuzzy knee-length pink coat matched her full-body pink boilersuit, which matched her bejeweled pink stilettos. We don't need to give this woman a lesson in making a statement, with this look alone she basically wrote the book!

The anchor of her look, the jumpsuit, is an extra special gift to Keys stans, as it comes from her recently debuted collaboration with Athleta. The suit, which retails for $209, is joined by other shout-it-from-the-rooftops pink pieces, including a floor-length robe, comfy wide-leg lounge pants, and workout separates like a sports bra and bike shorts. It truly is a parade of pink as far as the eye can see.

The Keys collection is just the beginning of our mission to make everything in our wardrobes this particular shade of pink, as we're adding plenty of options from Amazon to our carts, too. Shop the celebrity-approved trend ripped straight from the Paris Fashion Week runways, starting at $12 below.
