Christian Siriano's runway show at the Pierre this fall was every bit as spectacular as the over-the-top gowns the designer is known for. Besides delivering a star-studded front row that included Janet Jackson, Avril Lavigne, Alicia Silverstone, Quinta Brunson, and Kesha, the designer delivered a sprawling, 61-look collection culminating in a performance by Sia as Coco Rocha closed the show.
