The saying "get you a girl who can do both" could have been created by Anne Hathaway. Not only is the actress highly skilled on the silver screen (she is an Oscar winner, mind you), but she also slays every red carpet on which she steps foot. On Monday, Hathaway further proved the sentiment by wearing two very different outfits while simultaneously making a case for winter whites.

The Devil Wears Prada star was photographed walking the streets of New York City in a two-piece power suit consisting of a white double-breasted blazer and a matching minidress. If you consider a cream color palette controversial after Labor Day, her stark white winter shoes will have you rethinking your stance. When you're a bonafide fashion icon like Hathaway, the so-called fashion "rules" don't apply.

She accessorized with a diamond chain choker, silver hoop earrings, a collection of rings, and black sunglasses. Her dark brown hair was parted down the middle and blown out to perfection, while her glam included a flawless complexion and peachy lip.

Earlier in the day, Hathaway wore an entirely different all-white look that consisted of baggy ivory leather cargo pants, a coordinating bedazzled shacket layered over a rhinestone crop top, and chrome platform heels. She wore the same accessories but sported a smoky eye to match the outfit's undone aesthetic.

Hathaway is currently on a press tour (which hopefully means that even more fashion is coming our way) to promote her upcoming film Eileen, which is based on the 2015 book of the same name by Ottessa Moshfegh. The film first debuted to critical acclaim during the 2023 Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. According to Deadline, the drama is "set during a bitter 1964 Massachusetts winter, when a young secretary, Eileen (Thomasin McKenzie), becomes enchanted by the glamorous new counselor Rebecca (Hathaway) at the prison where she works. Their budding friendship takes a twisted turn when Rebecca reveals a dark secret — throwing Eileen onto a sinister path."
