Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell's upcoming rom-com, Anyone But You, has managed to garner the public's attention — and it hasn't even hit theaters yet. Between their buzzy friendship, palpable chemistry, and sweet press tour moments, the film has been pretty much all anyone can talk about. On Monday night, the two continued their banter on the red carpet at the New York premiere for the flick, which debuts on Dec. 22.

For the event, Sweeney was quite literally dripping in rhinestones and sequins in a sheer and shimmery silver custom Miu Miu gown that was embellished with oval paillettes, tear-drop shaped crystals, and clusters of beading. An unexpected black belt sat right under her chest and served as a juxtaposition against the frock's ornate detailing. Beige undergarments and silver rhinestone heels peeked through the see-through midsection and A-line skirt. She accessorized with Fred Leighton jewelry, including black pearl and diamond drop earrings.

Sweeney wore her blonde hair in an intricate updo with several curly face-framing strands, and her flawless glam included of a glowing complexion, shimmery eye shadow and inner-corner highlight, and a mauve lip.

For his part, Powell wore a blue tweed suit with a double-breasted blazer and tailored trousers. He layered a white tee underneath his jacket and finished off the ensemble with black dress shoes.

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight earlier this month, Powell explained that the duo's relationship is just part of the territory. "A great rom-com doesn't survive without great chemistry, and Sydney is the easiest person to have chemistry with," he said. "I mean, immediately, it was like we'd known each other forever, and I think anybody that's been on the set realizes I never get tired of talking to Sydney."
